These terms govern use of the DPLIGHT B2B platform by companies and individual buyers acting for a legitimate business purpose.
1. Buying accounts
Applicants must provide accurate information. A company confirms that its representative is authorised to act for it. DPLIGHT may verify applicants before enabling trade prices and ordering.
2. Electronic transactions
Submitting an application, order, payment proof or online confirmation records your instruction. Account, email, order and audit records may evidence the transaction.
3. Products, prices and availability
Images and specifications assist purchasing. A confirmed quote or order controls where details differ. Prices, taxes, charges and availability may change before confirmation; obvious errors may be corrected.
4. Full-carton ordering
Products are sold by full carton or the published pack increment, not as individual retail pieces.
5. Orders and payment
An order number does not itself confirm payment or dispatch. Use only payment instructions shown in the order or confirmed through a verified DPLIGHT channel.
6. Delivery and inspection
Delivery or pickup follows the confirmed order. Customers must provide an accurate address and promptly inspect quantity, packaging and visible damage.
7. Cancellation, returns and warranty
Cancellation, return, repair, replacement or refund depends on order status, product condition, agreed terms and applicable law.
8. Acceptable use
Fraud, impersonation, malicious uploads, unlawful trade and attempts to bypass access controls are prohibited.
9. Account security
Keep passwords and verification codes confidential and report suspected unauthorised access promptly. The account holder is responsible for activity using its credentials.
10. Availability and changes
DPLIGHT takes reasonable steps to maintain the service. Material changes to these terms receive a new version and effective date.
11. Governing law
The law of the relevant DPLIGHT market applies. For DRC activity, the parties should first seek an amicable resolution; the final forum remains subject to local legal review.
